How do I order?

To order flowers or a subscription for yourself or someone else you simply select the product you like from the ‘online store’ add it to your basket and checkout by adding your delivery and payment information. If you cannot see what you are looking for online or you are having a problem purchasing using the website you can call us instead or drop us an email and we will get back to you about your order ASAP.

Order deadlines?

Most of our products have ‘Next Day’ delivery availability but some of the larger and more valuable designs require 48hours notice ‘Standard delivery.’ Orders for ‘Next Day’ must be made by 10pm the day before.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order you can do so at least 24 hours before it is due to be delivered. You can do this by logging in to your account online if you chose to make one or by calling us directly. If you are cancelling a subscription you must do so before the next payment is taken for that month.

COVID-19

We are following all Government guidelines with regard to the preparation and cleaning of our workspace, tools and materials. When we make deliveries we wear masks and ensure that we are 2 metres from the door once we’ve put the flowers down and rang the doorbell.

Flower quality & care…

When your flowers arrive some stems might still be in bud for longevity. Your flowers will be delivered with detailed aftercare instructions but you should expect to trim them and refresh their water every few days to keep them looking as fresh as possible. Depending on the conditions your blooms can last between 7-10 days.

How will I know when my order has been delivered?

You’ll know that your order has arrived because you’ll receive a delivery notification email from us.

I can’t log in to my account?

If you’re having trouble logging in to your account and you’ve tried re-setting your log in details just give us a call and we can help you with your order and getting back into your account.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to: Southampton, Bitterne, Bitterne Park, Thornhill, Sholing, Harefield, Burseldon, Portswood, Weston, Botley, Bishops Waltham, Hedge End, Hamble, Totton, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Chilworth, Fairoak, Locksheath, Lorshill, Millbrook, Swanmore, Curdridge, North Baddesley, Rownhams, Fareham, Gosport Hythe, Lyndhurst, Romsey, Stubbington, Titchfield, Whiteley, Winchester.

When do you deliver?

‘Standard’ and ‘Next Day’ delivery is available everyday except Sundays. If you require Sunday delivery you can call us and ask if it will be possible. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

What happens if no-one is at home when you deliver my order?

We’ll always try to deliver your order straight to the recipient but if they aren’t around we will leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe space and leave you a card so you know where they are.
